Transport Shift Manager - Nights Wellingborough £35,000 - £38,000 + Benefits Cast UK are supporting our client, who is a leading business, in their recruitment of a Transport Shift Manager role, based in Wellingborough. You will work a rotating shift pattern on nights 21:30-06:30am on an any 5 from 7 basis. Role Profile * Reporting into a Transport Manager, you will be responsible for helping with the smooth running of the busy transport team. * Maintain systems and procedures to ensure compliance. * To ensure Transport is compliant with all aspects of health and safety legislation * Manage the drivers to ensure all customer requirements and Legal requirements are achieved * Drive engagement with a large number of drivers * Fleet servicing and maintenance * Managing KPI's, ensuring high company standards are maintained. * Management responsibility for all drivers Skills & Experience You will be an experienced Transport professional, with a background working with blue-chip businesses and large fleets.
