Operations Director - London – Leisure group

Salary: Up £90,000 plus an excellent bonus

We are excited to work with an emerging leisure business who already have an excellent market following, especially in the London market. They are looking to grow in the future and are keen to place a passionate, enthusiastic Operations Director who is energetic & enthusiastic about the industry but also strategic and driven.  

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Currently in a Director or Head of Operations role within fitness or experiential leisure

  • Proven experience of overseeing and driving lasting growth in sales and building teams

  • Extensive Openings experience, brand management and marketing

  • Understanding of facilities, Health and safety, programming & planning

  • Ideally passionate about customer service and up to date with current fitness trends and the overall fitness world.

  • Experience over overseeing a minimum of £10 million revenue

  • An individual who can see a vision and commit to something long term
