Demand Planner

Junior Demand Planner Leeds Role Profile Our client, a leading FMCG business based in Leeds are wanting confident, personable and excellent relationship builders to join their fantastic team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is wanting to expand their knowledge of FMCG Supply Chain while working with an excellent team. My client is looking at meeting candidates with a strong personality, who are enthusiastic and will be able to represent the company in front of customers. Having experience working with Excel or any forecasting tools is a big benefit. Key responsibilities * Reviewing the Demand plan and improving the forecast accuracy * Maintaining accurate MRP master data in SAP * Working cross-departmentally and collaborating with the whole Supply Chain * Ensuring strong relationships both in team and across departments * Understanding market data to improve accuracy * Working alongside Production and Inbound Planning * An understanding of systems, specifically SAP and Excel Skills & Experience The successful candidate will demonstrate: * Previous Supply Chain experience, such as material control, demand planning, production planning, inventory planning or forecasting * Experience within FMCG or Wholesale environment * Experience within a fast moving environment * Strong communication skills * Excellent system knowledge Client information A leading FMCG business based in the Leeds area About Cast UK Cast UK is a leading executive consultancy, providing national recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates.
