A fast growing, multi-award-winning event organiser is looking to hire a French-speaking Operations Manager into their lovely London office. They’re known for holding amazing international events within extremely lucrative industries.

This position is a match made in heaven for someone who speaks French to full professional proficiency, with 3+ years’ experience in planning, coordinating and executing B2B events.

Day-to-day activities include:

- Producing high quality events within budgets and deadlines
- Planning and scheduling, ensuring the technical aspects of all events run smoothly
- Managing internal and external contracts
- Negotiating with suppliers to ensure best prices without compromising on quality
- Budgeting
- Coordinating and managing temp staff both onsite and pre-show
- Health and Safety management of shows whilst onsite
- Writing Risk Assessments & Fire Risk Assessments for shows
- Design and production of all feature areas
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, exhibitors and internal event teams
- Compiling post-event reports and analysis
- Managing and maintaining floorplans
- Managing and maintaining online technical manuals
- Managing stand plan approval process
- Ensuring the fulfilment of all sponsorship and contra deals

Pre-requisites: you’ve got to be a creative thinker and team player!
