A successful regional contractor based from Devon are looking for a Contracts Manager to join the team based in their Exeter office.
Working across both a private and public sector client base, they are renowned for delivering projects successfully - on time and within budget. A £30M turnover business operating in the Build & Civils sectors within the SW region, the successful candidate will be joining an established build team delivering a budgeted turnover in excess of £11m per annum for a pipeline of retained clients.
Key duties will include:
- Manage a variety of projects up to the value of £3m, covering multiple sectors including local authority, healthcare and MOD
- Delivering multiple programmes at once - up to 5 at any one time
- Managing 4 Site Managers
The ideal candidates will have the following:
- Degree qualified or equivalent qualification in Build / Construction
- A strong knowledge of health and safety
- Proven track record of successful projects in a similar industry
