You will be responsible for performing administrative tasks that will assist the Field Support Team. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone that loves working in a busy environment and has great organisation skills! - Trust us when we say, "no day will be the same!"


• Liaise with Managers to manage accommodation requirements of Field staff

• Arrange travel and Car Hire as required

• Manage Fleet enquiries from the Field and liaise with Fleet supplier

• Ensuring all equipment related issues are reported to the Equipment & Merchandising Department

• First line support for Field on all tablet queries and issues

• Liaise with Insurance Broker to ensure the Motor Insurance Database is updated as vehicles are hired and off hired

• End to end ownership of parking and speeding fines received from the Field

• Ensure all platforms are updated on a weekly basis to reflect new starter and leaver changes

• Answer telephone calls and greet visitors in the absence of the Office Manager

• Provide administrative support within the Business as required

Skills & Experience required

• Administrative Experience
• Booking experience (desirable)
• Strong organisation skills
• High attention to detail
• Good understanding of IT packages
