I have a great opportunity to join a very reputable, well-established business in Fareham. My client is looking for a Warehouse/Operations Manager to join their ever-expanding team. The company work with a number global and national chains throughout the UK.

As the Warehouse/Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a number of departments including, logistics & Storage, E-Commerce and Picking & Packing/Production.

Your duties will include:

• Responsible for 90+ members of staff, including 4 direct line reports
• Liaising with customers at a senior level, to ensure that service level agreements are met
• Managing a production schedule working to customer SLAs
• Maximising storage space within the business including goods in/out and delivery schedules
• Control of budgets including labour costs

About you:

• Demonstrable experience in logistsics, supply chain and warehousing
• Budget control & Commercial awareness
• Demonstrable experience of supplying to customer demand
• Managing a medium to large size team
