The Role

  • To check orders are correct and ready to ship onto the system
  • Adding and setting up new customers onto the system
  • Updating and sending individual reports to their offices abroad
  • Keep track of ordered stock to ensure lead times are met
  • Working with various departments to ensure orders are dispatched correctly
  • Processing direct shipment orders
  • Processing sale or return orders
  • Managing all customer service queries

About You

  • Strong customer service experience
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
  • Previous Administration experience is preferred but no essential
