A highly-respected UK-Top 20 international law firm is looking for a Bid Manager to join the team to directly support the Head of Bids. You’ll play a crucial role within the heart of the firm, delivering the best quality proposals and constantly improving the model for best-practice, in order to maximise investment. You’ll be joining an open, progressive environment with a human feel and a diverse culture.
You will
- Lead and manage bids and tenders in a busy team
- Deliver the bid process from initiation to implementation
- Work with the wider bids team to develop and deliver compelling high-quality responses to new opportunities
- Ensure that the firm submits responses to the highest quality
- Ensure the success rate on bids are maximised, along with the firm’s ROI
- Coach colleagues at all levels to ensure high-quality outcomes
Your skills and qualities
- You will have a proven track record of dealing with high quality bids and tenders
- You’ll be an excellent persuader with confident communication skills
- You have experience in managing the bid process from initial conception to execution
- You will ideally be from a professional services background
- You’ll have a flexible and adaptable view to work
