Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for an Export Agent on behalf of a world leading freight and cargo company based in Crawley, West Sussex.
This position will be to assist with the day to day operation of the Export Department, handling customer queries for export consignments, both on e-mail and via telephone. You will be expected to check departure of shipments and complete export reports.
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm and is paying £19,000-22,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have experience within an export environment with both excellent written and verbal communication skills. A good telephone manner with previous experience dealing with high call volumes is preferred and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
