Hamlin Knight is recruiting for a Project Buyer to a leading manufacturing automotive company based in Coventry.

Our client is one of the leading manufacturing company that specialises in the automotive industry. They are looking for someone to cover a maternity cover between June 2019 - August 2020 paying up to £25,000 per annum.
DUTIES
*Lead buyer for all activities within the company - main contact for all suppliers
*Maintain rapport with current suppliers as well as seeking new opportunities
*Track and reconcile orders, deliveries and invoices
*Support accounts with purchase and sales invoices
*Weekly project tracking reports with costs and hours for Project Managers
*Arrange and hold annual reviews with suppliers
ESSENTIAL
*Educated to A - Level or equivalent
*Desirable CIPS Qualified or working towards
*Comfortable working with all levels
*Strong negotiation skills when necessary
