Supply Chain Co-Ordinator

An exciting position has arisen within our company as Supply Chain Co-ordinator, at our brand new office in Sawbridgeworth. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career and become an important part of the Bonta Italia team.

You’ll cover a range of duties and will work alongside a dynamic team who will help you to develop your career within a fast-growing business.

The Role

Your duties will include:

• Interacting with third party logistics service providers
• Booking orders with our shipping and transport companies
• Producing quantity list for our warehouse
• Costings and landing goods on the company’s system
• Follow up on damages and request credit notes from the suppliers
• Dealing with supplier and transport invoices
• Management of the transport booking and shipment process with the transport operators
• Management of the port shipment cost document process
• Communication of delivery discrepancies as they occur and reporting on any potential service failures that are identified
• Receive shipments and ensure both condition and quantity
• Create packing lists and update shipment information in database
• Assist Technical with traceability processes and mass balance
• Assist Stock Controller

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed within this role, experience in a similar position previously is essential, you will need an excellent telephone manner and computer skills. Also previous use of SAP would be a bonus but not essential.

Preferably Italian and English speaking as you will be dealing with Italian suppliers for the majority of your time.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
