We are recruiting for GLOBAL FREIGHT PLANNERS (EXPORTS AND IMPORTS) for our global client based in Basingstoke.
Duties will include;
- Dealing with Exports and Imports
- Air and Ocean freight
- Custom entries
- Arranging collections and deliveries
- Bills of lading
- Track and Trace shipments
- Airway Bills
- Invoicing Customers
- Liaising with customers, agents, shipping lines airlines
- Handling Perishables and dangerous goods
Skills Needed;
- Experienced in working within Freight Forwarding
- Experience working in Air, Sea and Road
- Good knowledge of customs procedures
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Team Player
- Strong written and Verbal Skills
- Experience handling D.G perishables would be advantage
- Fluent in any of the following languages would be advantage: Mandarin, Spanish
Shifts available;
- Monday-Friday 07:30-16:30
- Monday-Friday 15:00-23:00
- Tuesday- Saturday 07:00-15:30
