I am looking to recruit a Supply Chain Manager for a company based in Leamington Spa.

This is a full-time position and the hours are - 07:15 - 4:15 or 7:30 - 4:30 Mon to Thurs and 07:30 - 12:30 every Friday

The salary is being up to £55,000 per annum with the following benefits

Reporting directly into the Manufacturing Director and managing a team of 4 you will responsible for the strategic procurement of materials, products and services across the entire organisation.

You will identify areas of procurement synergy across the operating units continuously reviewing cost savings where possible. Having overall responsibility to manage and approve specifications for potential vendors for quotation you will work closely with the Product Development department ensuring new products are delivered on time. In addition to this you will liaise closely with internal departments to ensure any supplier related warranty issues are addressed.

For this position we are looking for someone that has the following
Knowledge and experience of working in a LEAN environment with a strong understanding of LEAN Principles
Experience of managing a team within Supply Chain
Evidence of implementing significant cost saving initiatives
Management and supplier development
Capable of compiling detailed reports with recommendations
CIPS qualified or equivalent
