Long established leading provider in IT solutions, seeking a Sales order and purchasing coordinator.

Your new company

Your new role
You will be responsible for processing all sales orders, fulfilling internal purchasing requests. You will also provide support to the purchasing and support services manager.

Your duties will include and not be limited to;
- Processing all sales orders onto SAGE
- Manage equipment delivery dates
-Raising purchase orders with suppliers to support sales orders
- Raising purchase orders with suppliers for internal requisitions
- Utility Contracts
- Vendor promotions
- Query management

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will need to have strong communication skills on the phone and face to face.
  • Excellent written and numeracy skills
  • Attention to detail
  • MUST have the ability to use own initiative.
  • Efficient and well organised
  • Be a team player
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
