Leading lifestyle brand is looking for a new Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator, to join an amazing team. You will work closely with suppliers, ensuring products are delivered to brief and on time.

A typical day as an Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator will include:

  • Build strong working relationships with suppliers
  • Support the team with delivering target margins through accurate use of internal systems and processes
  • Help manage the critical path / product timeline to ensure orders are delivered on time
  • Accurately input and maintain data for customer orders, ensuring correct quantity, pricing and margins
  • Maintain and enhance client and supplier relationships to uphold their current first-class reputation
  • Provide performance reports with the ability to analyse these and make changes to ways of working to contribute to business improvements

The successful Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator will have the following qualities:

  • 3+ years administration experience
  • Ideally experience of working in product management, buying or production but not essential
  • Previous experience in critical path management would be a bonus!
  • Be able to successfully build and maintain relationships with both internal and external parties
  • Computer literate and with great Excel skills
  • The willingness to contribute to the betterment of the overall business
  • The ability to follow set processes and procedures
