An exciting opportunity has a risen to join an expanding and fast growing FMCG consumer products company as a demand planner.
The role would suit someone with a couple of years of supply chain experience looking for their next step. You will need to have good numerical and analytical skills and be of a good standard of Excel.
There is more opportunity over the next few years to grow further in this role as they have some special supply chain projects coming up.
Develop the demand plan forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation over appropriate time horizons as part of the demand planning function.
Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, evaluate demand plan forecast results.
Provide input to the supply planning organisation in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products an product phase-outs.
