They co-ordinate, support and promote this alliance of sightseeing operations globally, by providing their partners with access to international B2B markets.

Since launching in 2015, their dynamic start-up culture has seen the network grow from five operators to their current size, with the ambition to continue their rapid expansion over the coming years.

About the job

The International Sales Manager will develop business by creating new B2B partnerships and routes to market, whilst also managing a portfolio of small accounts. You will prospect new clients in diverse fields such as retail, telecoms and reward programs. S/he will also ensure that all activity is reported through the appropriate tools.

Requirements
Reporting to International Sales Director, the International Sales Manager's missions are to:

• Increase current revenues by 10%
• Target new business in new sectors and geography a combination of cold calling marketplace tools, and appropriate networking
• Report on all activity undertaken and bring back and act upon market intelligence to develop sales - be the eyes and the ears of the business
• Use Sales force extensively to manage account and lead activity
• Manage a portfolio of 40-50 small accounts
• Deputise for the International Sales Director when required
.
Other requirements for the role:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Great relationship builder with excellent negotiation skills
• Able to see and seize business opportunities and critically evaluate the commercials of deals
• Great interpersonal skills and sense of autonomy
• Excellent numeracy, written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of using Salesforce
• Self-Starter and goal driven, ability to prioritize and multi-task

Contract duration: 12 Month Contract
Contractual hours: Full-time

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per Annum
