UK Payroll Operations Manager £55k to £65k + Bonus & Berns - Wiltshire

A leading UK organisation based in Wiltshire seek a UK Payroll Operations Manager to lead their payroll team through pure drive and ownership.

This position is a key hire for my client that will be responsible for the end to end payroll cycle and build key relationships with HR and Finance plus the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of an end to end payroll function

  • High volume payroll: Weekly and Monthly

  • Managing a team of payroll professionals: development and training

  • Supporting Stakeholder engagement

  • High levels of customer service

  • Build strong internal relationships and be the go to person for all payroll and benefits questions and queries

  • Produce payroll MI, payroll analysis and reporting

  • Managing change were needed

  • Payroll auditing

  • Project management

Other Skills:

  • Must have managed payroll teams and developed individuals

  • Must have high volume payroll exposure

  • Ideally CIPP qualified or relevant experience at managerial level

  • Strong Excel (V Look Ups/Pivot Tables)

Strong communications skills internal/external
