New role working in key distribution and export business in Wiltshire

This role has arisen due to internal restructure.

Team leading 2 others and acting in a managerial capacity - leading from the front and by example.

  • Ensuring admin duties are fulfilled, making sure orders are processed, dealing with suppliers and customer needs
  • Maximising business with existing customers by delivering exceptional service, trouble-shooting issues, developing account plans, product reviews, sales budgeting
  • Monitoring any complaints
  • Maintaining and developing reports, KPIs, feedback etc
  • Overseeing accuracy of purchase orders, maintaining accuracy of stock management processes
  • Working closely with sales to collectively deliver against target
  • Engaging with all wider parties to include board level directors, suppliers / sales / shipping / technical / marketing
  • Managing performance and recruitment of team, ensuring productivity is measured and meeting required levels

This would suit someone who has worked with the import / export market, or supply chain.
