Our longstanding client based in Rugeley are recruiting for a Stock and Logistics Controller to join them on a Permanent basis
The role will be working in a small team where the role will be a key support function for the business
Job Overview: To support the Stock Control/Sales Admin. Team.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
ü In house logistics coordination between our Deep Sea Forwarder and Customer/ 3PL Warehouse providing weekly summary KPI reporting. Securing retailer container appointments.
ü Providing statistical data on individual Retailers, EPOS, websites etc. documenting availability/pricing.
ü National Sales Trainer support/feedback on OOS/Display items with relevant retailer merchandiser.
ü Develop/maintain Spare Part master file including usage/replenishment.
ü Maintain expert knowledge of Company product range
ü Ensure up to date knowledge of good working practice
Profile Requirement:
The ideal candidate must possess a close attention for detail and, in no particular order, possess the following attributes;

o Positive, proactive, analytical attitude.
o Concise and precise communicator.
o Self-motivated, highly organised.
o Results driven, coping under pressure.
o Influencer/Team Player.
Preferred Qualifications:
o Preferential experience in the Logistics industry.
Experience:
o Educated to GCSE standard (5+ including Maths and English).
o IT skilled (Advanced Computer Skills, Excel, PowerPoint preferable) ideally with certificates or evidence of prior use of main software packages.
Salary £20,000 - £22,000 DOE
