Operations Supervisor
Hours of operation:
0900 to 17.30 HRS Monday to Friday. 1 hour for lunch.

Main duties:
Start to finish process to include :
Quotations for airfreight / seafreight
Negotiations with airlines/ shipping lines / hauliers
Liaising with overseas agents for rates/pricing and bookings
loading jobs in system / invoicing out / entering costs
Keeping client constantly updated on progress of their order from date of booking through to final delivery
Customs clearances

The goal is to develop our current operation and grow the department. The position is to currently to look after our current client base whilst trying to develop existing accounts and targeting new business for the company.
