Key responsibilities -
- Leadership of 15 Warehouse Operations and 30 Transport staff (paye / drivers)
- Operations performance (Warehouse and HGV Delivery)
- Operating Cost - budget management
- Team development, succession planning
- Day to day customer relationship management
Candidate specification -
- Proven track record in Leadership and Management in fast moving distribution operations
- Focussed on Continuous Improvement with ability to implement change initiatives
- Budget management experience
- Same day / Express Logistics experiance
