A successful global creative consultancy with an impressive client list is looking for someone with operations, resourcing and PA experience to join their growing team as their PA/Resource/Operations Manager aka Business Administration Manager.

Supporting two principals taking up about 50% of your role, in this PA/Resource/Operations Manager role you will additionally support the wider team of around 15 consultants with their resource and business operations.

In this fantastic PA/Recourse/Operations Manager role, your varied duties will include:

  • Working closely with the finance team on budgets, vendors, payments and raising POs
  • Tracking consultants’ billable time ensuring they are working at capacity
  • Document management and file sharing on the team’s SharePoint site
  • Working with the principals on resource planning and approving project time
  • Helping to manage diaries through understanding client and agency structures and resolving any diary conflicts
  • Liaising with colleague to arrange meetings and events to include the registration of guests, refreshments, catering, and facilities management
  • Arranging international travel for the two principals
  • Expenses and timesheet management
  • Occasional pulling together of PowerPoint presentations
  • Booking meeting rooms and couriers when needed
  • Ad-hoc support for the wider team including travel and diary management

This is an incredibly busy role working for an amazing team where no two days are the same. To be considered for this PA/Resource/Operations Manager role, you must be able to demonstrate previous experience within resourcing, operations and as a PA in this combined role.
