This progressive and innovative firm, specialists in the manufacture and installation of bespoke furniture, are seeking an Export Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Working closely with the Operations Director, and the company's American and European customer base, responsibilities of the Export Coordinator will include:

*Managing the export process from receipt to delivery
*Working closely with Logistics teams to ensure deliveries are fulfilled within agreed timescales
*Producing reporting to monitor goods in and goods out
*Ensuring all export documentation has been prepared
*Processing orders, cancellations and returns in a timely and effective manner
*Providing effective after sales service

Export Coordinator - What we're looking for:

*Previous experience as an Export Coordinator or similar
*Knowledge of export documentation is essential
*Fluent French would be highly advantageous, but is not essential
*Knowledge of the furniture manufacturing process would be ideal
*Excellent customer services skills
*Highly organised with excellent attention to details
*MS Office Suite with strong Excel
