Do you have great experience within the Event operations industry? Are you an individual ready to take on a new challenge in your Events career?
The Company:
An independent conference producer who specialise in events surrounding Energy, Engineering and Tech, running events mostly in Europe. They aim to deliver technical conferences of a high quality in order to inform and incentivise those in the industry to work on the use of clean energy. In order to upscale their business to allow for the growth and maintenance of a high business return rate, they are looking for a Logistics Executive to join the Head of Events in delivering a portfolio of 20 events held across Europe. With their unique market position, they are looking to strengthen their logistics department with an experience's operations professional. You will have the opportunity to assist in all their global events, therefore international travel, particularly through Europe, is involved.

The Role:
* Supplier and venue sourcing
* Negotiation with prices and monitoring profit and loss throughout the events cycle
* Delivery of well-coordinated and professional events onsite
* Travel internationally to manage events

The Candidate:
* Your strong background in event logistics will enable you to hit the ground running
* Experience and understanding of international sales and liaison, keeping communications free-flowing and natural
* An interest in working on conferences within the engineering and tech sector would be a plus
* Ability to multitask, working on more than one conference at a time
