Our client is a world leading business in their field. They are looking for an experienced Senior HR professional to lead a team and oversee strategic operations for their function.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Updating HR policies and procedures
  • Introducing new CRM systems to the function
  • Line manage team of HR employees
  • Mentor and coach junior teams members
  • Staff intranet updates and content
  • Managing new starter and leaver processes
  • General HR duties

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience within an HR Management position
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and mentorship skills
  • IT proficiency
  • Experience of update policies and procedures
