WHO ARE WE?
15ten15 is currently recruiting for a Regional Operations Manager for an International PLC within the construction industry.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Develop and drive a culture of Continuous improvement ideas to improve operational efficiencies and health and safety across the region
- Work with relevant teams to manage complaint investigations to agreed deadlines
- Effective management of regional resources to reduce cost per tonne
- To make sure all KPI targets are met
- To ensure all customers receive there delivery on time
- Ensure compliance to the current management systems
- Manage relationships with suppliers and deliver an exceptional level of service to clients.
- Training, coaching and developing your team
- Achieve regional production levels
- Management of regional budgets
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Safety NVQ (or willing to achieve)
- Hold a clean Driving license
- Project management experience
- Significant experience of recruitment and managing, measuring and improving staff performance
- Experience of ensuring safety and productive, operational management of production units
- Performance management skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong customer/client focused attitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate
