An established consultancy practice within a national broker seeks a Bid Manager, with a strong sales development ability.

The jobholder will respond to specific RfP tenders (Request for Proposal) mainly emanating from clients based in the UK, but also in Europe and the Middle East. There will be a need to assemble a bid team with the relevant service/product/business knowledge and handle the full like cycle of the project until it is presented to the client.

Demonstrating a hands on approach along with fresh and creative sales techniques the appointee will;-

Support in shaping the proposals, sales presentations and sales collateral.

Work with in-house resources for assistance with information gathering, graphics and editorial review.

Maintain database of best-practice proposals.

Taylor global materials to use in local markets.

Wok collaboratively with colleagues and, in particular, create tight linkages between marketing and sales activities.
