Inventory Controller

We have an excellent opportunity for an Inventory Controller to join our team in either or Fareham or our Hamble site.

Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will monitor and investigate any discrepancies between the system and physical stock, you will plan an annual PI program based on data provided by the client and track progress against the plan. Generate stock counts through the clients system both against the formal PI program and for day to day operational requirements, issue and lead investigations into stock variances resulting from inventory counts, submit investigations to the client for authorisation to adjust and carry out adjustments in the system.

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

• Previous experience of working within warehouse environment
• IT Literate with the ability to produce reports and statistical analysis
• Experience of managing and monitoring stock levels
• Experience of managing and developing teams
• Excellent written & verbal communications skills
• Strong numerical skills
• Accurate, precise with a high attention to detail
• Customer focused
• Health & Safety awareness
