Senior Project Manager/Contracts Manager

This independent fire and security systems installer covering the London and South East area are looking for a senior project manager/contracts manager to run large systems installations (some will be in excess of £1m in value) as well assisting in the running of the department by keeping an overview of the contracts and helping other project managers with technical issues. Candidates for this position will need to be from the fire and security industry with a proven track record in the successful delivery of large-scale system installation projects. Contract management experience would be ideal but is not essential, the successful applicant will be allowed to grow into the role. This exciting opportunity comes with basic salary of between £50,000 and £55,000 depending on experience and skill set, car/allowance and package.

Candidates will need a proven track record in large scale fire and security systems project delivery (with an emphasis towards fire detection), so good working knowledge of BS 5839 will be needed as will commercial acumen and a full driving licence.
