A world-renowned University with a prestigious campus based in London are looking to recruit an Operations Manager.


This is a permanent position paying £45k, plus excellent benefits package to include generous holiday allowance, free access to onsite gym and swimming pool and 5 volunteer days.


You will take responsibility for the operational management of the campus ensuring exceptional service delivery and quality improvements regarding customer service. This will include managing front of house services, the ongoing maintenance of the site, retail and hospitality catering and overseeing the hotel services. You will take responsibility for managing the budget including proactive supplier contact management ensuring planning and reviewing applications for future tenders for outsourced contracts.

You will have significant experience gained with operations management within 5* world class organisations. Strong leadership and management experience including managing multiple teams (inhouse and outsourced). You will also have experience of managing budgets and income streams as well as strong customer service experience in a multi stakeholder environment.
