Opus People Solutions is pleased to be recruiting for a Senior Operations Cleaning Manager on behalf of Ipswich based business. The company offers a complete range of cleaning services for commercial, educational and industrial premises and continue to develop new ways of cleaning whilst minimising the impact on the environment.

As Senior Operations Catering Manager you will:

  • Oversee all accounts within the cleaning portfolio of the business
  • Take responsibility for contract negotiation, client meetings and building new and existing relationships
  • Profit and loss management, budget control and forecasting
  • Improve service standards, review operational performance and perform regular audits
  • Lead and motivate a team of operations managers
  • Attend client sites to ensure standards are being achieved

What you will bring to the role:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to interpret and control budgets and provide financial reports
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff to deliver service excellence
