SCCS are a Leica Geosystems UK dealer and part of the Hexagon group. We are a progressive company supplying survey solutions to civil engineering, construction and land surveying industries. We specialise in bringing innovative technology to market including the most advanced GNSS, mobile mapping, 3D laser scanners, UAV’S and total station solutions available to geospatial professionals.
Purpose of the role:
The purpose of this role is to support the purchasing team and Purchase Manager on the day to day admin duties.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Filing delivery notes
-
Filing purchases invoices
-
Matching Delivery notes to Purchase invoices to clear for payment
-
Querying any discrepancies on invoices - both internally and externally
-
The reconciliation of assets following the hire stock checks
-
Purchasing for all internal needs - e.g. paper supplies, business card, promotional products etc. which will involve dealing with external suppliers to unsure the correct items are ordered and received in a timely manner

Collecting Company car mileage monthly

Checking driver licenses every 21 days for delivery drivers
-
Checking driver licenses every 6 months for all other company car drivers
-
Producing reminder letters/email for number of annual subscription renewal - and following these up

Coding post to correct nominal

Assisting in answering incoming phone calls from customers and directing them to correct teams

Assisting with general office responsibilities

EDUCATION / DESIRABLES

Computer literate in Microsoft packages: Word, Excel and Outlook skills

Sage, although training would be provided.
