  • Management of all logistics, shipping, distribution and warehousing across the business – including USA, UK and NL.
  • Management of demand planning function & forecast analysis.
  • Communication with customers in USA & Europe regarding stocks.
  • Exposure and knowledge of shipping documentation.
  • Responsible for customer service levels; regular contact with customers to ensure orders delivered.
  • Manage supply relationships with customers to facilitate smooth running of the account demand requirements and adherence to contract.
  • Daily management of 3rd party logistics providers and regular performance reviews.
  • Responsible for stock levels, shelf life management and stock reconciliation reporting.
  • Management & reporting of demand planning function & forecast analysis.
  • Creation & management of Purchase Orders.
  • Manage & record all stock movements in line with company processes, with clear & timely communication to stakeholders.
  • Timely approval of supplier invoices in accordance with contracted prices and query resolution.
  • Set up new products on all systems in accordance with company procedures & maintain stock item details.
  • Propose improvements to procedures & systems.
