Hours: Full Time

Management of all logistics, shipping, distribution and warehousing across the business – including USA, UK and NL.
Management of demand planning function & forecast analysis.
Communication with customers in USA & Europe regarding stocks.
Exposure and knowledge of shipping documentation.
Responsible for customer service levels; regular contact with customers to ensure orders delivered.
Manage supply relationships with customers to facilitate smooth running of the account demand requirements and adherence to contract.
Daily management of 3rd party logistics providers and regular performance reviews.
Responsible for stock levels, shelf life management and stock reconciliation reporting.
Management & reporting of demand planning function & forecast analysis.
Creation & management of Purchase Orders.
Manage & record all stock movements in line with company processes, with clear & timely communication to stakeholders.
Timely approval of supplier invoices in accordance with contracted prices and query resolution.
Set up new products on all systems in accordance with company procedures & maintain stock item details.
Propose improvements to procedures & systems.
