You might not have heard of us, but we're a group of over 70 pubs up and down the country - and there's a good chance one of them is your favourite local. Our Managers run the pubs as their own, choosing the beers, gins, wines and whiskeys, deciding what events to put on, taking ownership of the whole business. Our Chefs make virtually everything from scratch and within a few loose guidelines write the menus themselves, changing them every 6 weeks.

The Role

Brunning and Price are expanding with several new pub openings on the horizon and so we’re on the look out for an experienced Operations Manager to join our crew.

As an Operations Manager, you’ll take responsibility for driving and developing around ten to twelve food led pubs in and around the North West, primarily in Lancashire and Cheshire. You’ll need to be a strong motivator, have bags of enthusiasm with good attention to detail and love being hands on.

Pride in our people, product, and premises is what makes us tick, but one cannot live on bread alone and this is a serious business. The successful candidate must be equally at ease and motivated by managing margins, controlling costs and delivering decent bottom line profits.
