Warehouse Operations Manager required by growing FMCG business in Harlow, Essex.
Key objectives are to manage a team of warehouse shift managers & operatives, ensuring daily KPIs and high profile customer service levels agreements are achieved, in a manual Warehouse (200k sq ft) which is due to for high spec renovation and WMS implementation this year.
You will have a key role in maintaining stringent compliance and quality standards, in addition to all first line investigations and issue resolution.
Responsibilities include
- Operational planning through a team of team leaders for 60 warehouse staff (perm & temp)
- Monitor and develop staff productivity through KPI frameworks
- Daily / Weekly operating budget planning
- Ensure all compliance standards and records are maintained
- Support customer service and planning teams
- Training and development of staff, including regular performance reviews (non-unionised environment)
