My clients seeking an experienced Operations administrator to join their busy team!

Daily duties include:

  • Greeting and signing visitor into the building
  • Answering the telephone
  • Draft and print documents for management
  • Photocopying documents
  • Issuing purchase order numbers and invoices
  • Setting up new client accounts
  • Booking the meeting room and preparing the room with refreshment
  • Ordering stationery when needed
  • Assisting with planning and organising events

You MUST:

  • Previous freight and courier experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Experience dealing with quotes
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good IT skills

Working hours:

  • Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
