Facilities Operations Manager
Waverley Court

Salary: £58,505 - £69,990
Hours: 36 per week

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Management professional.

As an integral part of the Senior Facilities Management Team, you will lead the Janitorial and Cleaning teams delivering front line services across a diverse estate. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact, developing these key services in a period of significant transformation within Facilities Management.

You will be part of a core team working closely with multiple stakeholder groups to deliver visible and sustainable results. You will be an enthusiastic and driven self-starter, able to demonstrate your ability to lead large teams and deliver great outcomes in a challenging but rewarding environment.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range. For roles in grade 5 or above, annual increments in our contribution zones are dependent on achieving agreed performance goals.
