I am looking for an experienced Site or Project Manager who is looking to take a step up to Contract Manager and weould like the opportunity of working in Lincolnshire and not going outside of Lincolnshire.
The role is involved and will involve meeting & liaising with clients in terms of new and repeat business as well as visiting site, overseeing the build process to ensure program is achieved/on track and within budget whilst ensuring quality is achieved at all times. A strong background in Construction is required, typically coming from a trade background coupled with progression to management in terms of either site or project management.
The company in question is a Lincolnshire based, privately owned House Builder that regularly wins awards for their work in terms of LABC & NHBC and, due to expansion, is seeking a committed & experienced candidate who is looking to take the next step in their career.
There is the added opportunity of potentially growing into a senior management role (Director) in around 4 years time, which is when the existing Director is looking to retire.
The position comes with a company vehicle along with genuine opportunity for progression as stated.
