Purchasing Administrator

We have the ideal opportunity for a highly organised and professional administrator with experience as a Sales Administrator, Purchasing Assistant, Finance Assistant, Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator, or similar.

What will your role be?

You will be providing administrative support to our Supply Chain function and together with your team you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day procurement and timely delivery of the materials and services to the wider TestLink team. This role comes with a very varied remit, with tasks as diverse as compiling stock reports, processing and expediting purchase orders, credit card reconciliation and liaising with suppliers and colleagues to ensure deadlines and targets are met.

Is this role right for you?

To succeed in this role, you’ll need great organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and good communication skills. You will be comfortable phoning suppliers to ask for information and updates, enjoy working with numbers and have a methodical approach. This is a fast-paced role and would suit you if you have a passion for business or engineering and want to help improve business processes and increase profitability.

If you have a relevant experience, great. If it's from within a finance or purchasing role, even better. If your experience was gained within an engineering or manufacturing environment, perfect! The Package
