A global FMCG manufacturing and sales company have an exciting opportunity for a Finance and Operations Manager to join their growing team.
This is a newly created position; you will be a key member of the team that will help support the growth and development of the business. The role provides an exciting opportunity to be instrumental to the strategic direction of the company, working across and interacting with the entire organisation.
Daily Accountancy operations including receivables, payables, factoring, banking etc
Stock reconciliations
Cash flow management and cash planning
Reconciling third party inventory data
Work closely with Sales and Ops team to ensure customer invoices are sent out on time.
Manage the supplier ledger including payment process improvement.
Manage debtor ledger.
Multicurrency bank reconciliation.
Manage staff expenses and
Expenses reporting
Assist in preparing monthly management accounts.
Fixed asset management and analysis
Reporting and KPI ownership
Advanced Excel knowledge
Entrepreneurship mindset
Happy to work in a small office
Always striving to improve processes and workflows
Occasional travel to New York
Be able to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative
Proficient IT skills, mainly focussed on Macola, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
Desire for progression
