A world leading technology giant is looking to recruit a Finance Manager for their payments team. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast moving business with exciting plans for expansion. Managing a team this role is key within the business and will be responsible for:
- Manage KPI reporting and developing dashboard reporting for supplier payments activities
- Ownership of the reconciliation system
- Working with technology partners to drive system improvements around efficiency, control and reporting
- Liaise with the developers to improve reconciliation accuracy
- Managing and supporting a team of 4
- Resource planning to support the growth of the business
- Ensure best practice and continuous improvement of controls, policies and procedures within the accounts payable function
- Work with the Treasury team to understand cashflow forecasts / variances
- Ad-hoc project work as required
The successful candidate:
- Experience within a global business, ideally within media, entertainment, technology or retail.
- Strong process improvement experience
- Confident with a high volume workload
- Experience working in supplier payments
- Experience in team management
