MVP’s client are looking for an Account Manager to join their team based in Lichfield. You will be assisting the Road Freight department and looking after all customers who book full and part load, import and export shipments.
Responsibilities
- Handling all Road Freight bookings from start to finish
- Quoting customers on the telephone and providing quotes
- Entering bookings onto bespoke operations system and tracking loads through from booking to delivery
- Liaising with the customers at all times
- Checking on hauliers on the day of loading
- Confirming bookings with customers
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have experience in Road Freight
- Experience in both Import and Export shipments
