Operations Manager

Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Blandford
Salary: Up to £35k Depending upon experience

Our expanding Technology client is looking to grow their team and are seeking a skilled and experienced Ops Manager to join their team.

Your role will be to manage the operations for a team of technical production experts (Developers and Designers), align client expectations with results, continually review their processes and people, ensure that they are always GDPR compliant and providing the "best in class" service. You'll manage the Production team in delivering to their global client base.

This will include, and is not limited to;

• Provide training and coaching to team members
• Providing operations support and guidance on projects
• Ensure ALL processes are optimised and all opportunities for error are erased or addressed
• Managing logistics for UK and Overseas projects, inc overseeing travel and transport
• Actively contribute to increasing the company's Net Promoter Score (NPS) through the provision of 'best in class' customer service
• Be the 'go to' person for the production team to resolve any queries or production issues
• Ensure the production team are handling client data in accordance with GDPR legislation
• Ensuring the delivery of clear lines of communication with the client with regards to the product build process, adhering to the company's Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Ensure that Wrike (project management tool) is utilised by the team
• Make sure every delivery through the company Quality Control (QC) process and the output recorded in Wrike
• Ensure the team guide and coach clients on best practice/approaches
• Ensure the product is being fully utilised by each client the potential is being fully utilised.
• Work with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to production
• Adhere to company code of conduct at all times, in the office or onsite

Experience Required:

• Proven track record in an Operations role within a technology lead environment
• Minimum 3 years' Project/ Process Management experience
• Must have managed a team, minimum of 5 team members
