Responsibility
- Managing UK Subsidiary internal operation, which includes Liaising with internal or external legal, finance and HR Department/service providers;
- Overseeing and managing the commercial, Logistics and customer care process.
- Ensuring the requirements of the Contracts, Customers, Company Policies, Rules and Charters are communicated, understood and implemented by all personnel within
- Reporting to HQ and making any implementation accordingly;
- Oversee and develop UK subsidiary’s KPI, Corporate development, functional changes;
- Align with the global development and transformation;
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- At least 4 years of relevant experience;
- Great understanding about UK legal, finance and corporate compliance;
- Experienced in International TMT, manufacturing or E-commerce corporate(s);
- Worked with/in a Chinese corporate would be desirable;
- Great communication skills;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese;
- Eligible to working in UK
