Description
Research the areas for plots of land for potential builds
Working with the planning authorities
Responsible for seeking out new opportunities both on and off-market, communicating with vendors and agents on a regular basis. You should be able to effectively research plots of land for potential builds, drawing on the help of technical and design teams if required.
Experience working with local authorities for planning is a requirement
Profile
Strong planning experience, ideally as applied to the New Build Residential market.
You must be commercially savvy and have good communication skills
Will have a keen interest in property and show evidence of this in previous roles/experience.
You will need to be confident, able to run your own processes and work well independently.
