Position: Contracts Manager/Contracts Supervisor
Location: Sheffield
Salary: Salary open to negotiation – Company Car/Company Van, Holidays, Pension

The company
My client are a well established organisation who are looking for a Contracts Manager/Contracts Supervisor to join their team due to continued success and growth. Their clients include over 200 sites of well know restaurant chains who they have been working with for over 8 years, also aviation sites and much more.
This position comes with a lot of responsibility and could be the perfect step for you to progress in your career. The ideal candidate will have a technical background with regards to Heating and/or Ventilation and be confident in a client facing role as you will be meeting clients when visiting sites nationwide and also be in charge of engineers on a day to day basis to ensure works and projects are carried out on time and to the companies standard.
Requirements for Contracts Manager/Contracts Supervisor role:
• Technical Background- Ideally Heating Biased
• Confident in a client facing role
• Happy to travel nationwide for site visits
• Breakdown of clients yearly spend and reports on how they could save money
• Dealing with Health and Safety & Permits
• Dealing with engineers on a daily basis
