Office Manager - Ellesmere Port - 6 Month FTC 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspirational organisation in Ellesmere Port, to cover a secondment. If you are a caring, high spirited and driven individual, then read below!

Managing a team of support staff, the Operational Support Manager will be adept at managing multiple demands, conflicting priorities and an ever-changing task list to fully support the effectiveness and efficiency of the organisation. Organising and coordinating the central office operations and procedures your key responsibilities will include strategic administration management, information management, ICT, HR, facilities, property management, health and safety management and sustainable development.

Duties:

• Provide comprehensive executive support for the CEO and the Board of Trustees 

• Line manage a team of support staff.

• Ensure that the appropriate systems and processes are in place to measure and manage staff performance and to coach and develop a high-performance workforce.

• Support the Director in the operational planning and budgeting of the delivery work. Liaise with the finance team and Senior Leadership Team on forward planning.

• Monitor and report progress on the non-financial KPI’s.

• Manage the contractual relationships for any functions that involve outsourced services.

• As part of the Senior Leadership Team, implement and maintain the human resources strategic plan

• Ensure all recruitment and employment is carried out in accordance with the organisation's procedure and in compliance with employment law.

• Full time hours, Monday - Friday

• Salary £27,000 - £28,000 DOE

• Onsite parking (with occasional travel)

• Must hold an Enhanced DBS
