My high profile client are an Investment company based in Mayfair are now looking for an Operations Manager. My client desire an enthusiastic, talented and experienced Operations Manager who is ready to hit the ground running. The role will be broad - you'll support the partners, associates and finance director with wide range of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organising Annual Investor Meeting and Summer Corporate Club events from planning through to completion
  • Coordinating and preparing quarterly investor reports and presentations, drafting investment fund documentation, KYC, interacting with bank partners, lawyers etc
  • Preparing and circulating capital call, drawdown and distribution notices
  • Help with collecting information for auditors etc
  • Collecting and processing invoices and monthly accounting journals for preparation of monthly management accounts; monitoring credit card activity and expenses
  • Responsible for organising our CRM platform
  • Coordinating our PR activities - keeping track and promoting relevant portfolio milestones and news, publishing our research, newsletters and press releases. Keeping social media up to date
  • Managing our website on Wordpress
  • Compiling and keeping up to date on relevant events to attend
  • Managing our professional online presence across major data platforms (such as Crunchbase, Preqin, Pitchbook etc)
  • Organising events for the team, for investee companies and for our broader network partners
  • Managing Team PA/Office Admin to ensure the efficient running of the office
  • Maintaining office IT services alongside an existing outsourced partner
  • Encouraging the team to be more efficient in their day to day activities and business in general

  • Basic understanding of accounting and book-keeping
  • Event management experience
